This was my first experience with a personal chef while renting a house in Florida. He was absolutely amazing! We had filet mignon and grilled salmon. It was absolutely amazing along with all the sides. Raspberry soufflé topped it off. So yummy!

This was the first time we hired a personal chef and Mark he was a great choice for a very special birthday dinner. Mark is an amazing chef and a true professional who made every step look so simple, as he prepared the perfect meal for 23. Everything was delicious! From the hors d’oeuvres, incredible shrimp appetizer, “melt in your mouth sea scallops” (direct quote from the birthday boy) and beef that melted in our mouths too. Mark took amazing care of my family during our Thanksgiving vacation! Over the Thanksgiving week, Mark created six separate meals for our family of 11 - three breakfasts and three dinners. Each meal was perfect - incredible quality and variety. In addition, we thoroughly enjoyed spending time with Mark over the week. He was a pleasure to work with!
